junk shops usually re-sell there items...here in the philippines they are a lot of junk shops here which buy and sell recycled items

Well, as much as you can, recycle your own stuff, and reuse them. and if you can recycle other peoples stuff too, then you don't need to buy any. Reduce-Reuse-Recycle.
