Hi, any one know how to use Paypal? Need help please.

a) Are Paypal will charges me the USD amount i send by Paypal to my Debit credit card in Rm??

HI! First, you sign up for paypal and then transfer funds from your bank to your paypal account. This usually takes about three business days. After that you are free to use the money in your paypal account where ever and when ever you want. Yoou may , also, apply for one of their credit cards. If you plan on selling items , say like on eBay or Amazon, make paypal the only way people may pay  you as you will have the paypal protection plan behind you and that makes your money and you very safe.
