  1. It depends on what sort of Provident Fund scheme is being offered by your employer. If it  is  GPF, the employee will not contribute anything. If it is contributory provident fund the employee will deposit an amount equal to your contribution in your PF account. Any further clarifications, pls feel free to ask by e mailing me
