Hi, can anyone recommend any place to make friends in Edinburagh?

I mean like clubs or societies, I'm not great at sports anymore. I am in my twenties. I really don't like the idea of usins websites/placing any ads.. so if anyone can suggest any cluns/socities that would be great!! thanks

You could join some societies at Edinburgh University. They do take on non student members, but the fee is higher.

Have a look at their site to see a list of societies- or go to their Freshers' fayre in a few weeks.
