Okay, first off, I'm not at all trying to sound like one of those incredibly annoying girls that's obsessed with their weight...so here it goes..

I was just wondering...if I'm 15, in the 10th grade, and weigh 95-96 pounds...how many calories should I have a day to maintain my weight.......

and also just wondering if 1600 calories entirely tooo much to be eating at my weight..???

  1. i really dont know i weight thqat much and when i went on a diet i ate 1000 calories so i say 1500 is a god amount


  2. I DONT THINK 1600 is TOO MUCH AT ALL!!!!! IM ABOUT THE SAME AS U AND I EAT 1600-2000 U SHOULD NEVER EAT LESSS :]]

  3. If you are really concerned about your weight, then I would say about 1,200 calories a day would be alright.  But if you are hungry, you should just choose to eat.

    I don't think 1,600 calories a day is "entirely tooo much", at all, though.  I eat whatever I want, and I never count my calories, and I somehow maintain to weigh 100 pounds.
