take the bus from the airport to paradise circle. Change again to Motinagar. If Paradise does not have connecting routes, Rathifile station in Secunderabad will have a connectiong bus. All buses to Paradise (with only 2 exceptions) go to Rathifile

If I am right, you are referring to Motinagar near Borabanda. There are a few options to reach the place from the airport.

The first leg of journey should be done by the GMR run Aeroexpress Volvo AC buses. These are nonstop buses to/from the Airport to 4 spots in the city. You should choose the buses which reach Paryatak Bhavan, Greenlands which is the nearest place to your destination out of the four.

From Paryatak Bhavan Motinagar is about 5-6kms, you can take 3 options. An autorickshaw can be taken directly, or a city bus can be taken. Bus numbers 10F, 45F go towards the place. Or you can walk down a little bit to the Begumpet railway station and take a Rs 2 ticket for an MMTS local train to Borabanda station.

Taking the bus upto Secunderabad adds another 10-12kms to your journey, so its not advisable.

Go By Shuttle buses buses from Airport to Secunderabad and from Secunderabad there are numerous altenatives to reach Moti Nagar
