  1. an in10 is driving with out insurance

in12 is allowing someone to drive your vehicle knowing they are not insured to do so.

i think an in14 is driving with out insurance and a valid license.

  2. Never heard of a IN14 But you need to work on your spelling

  3. Not sure. IN codes are for insurance related offences.

  4. OK here's the real answer you've ALL been waiting for!!

IN10   Using a vehicle uninsured against third party risks.

    Aiding, abetting, counselling or procuring:

Offences as coded, but with 0 changed to 2 eg IN10 becomes IN12.

    Causing or permitting:

Offences as coded, but with 0 changed to 4 eg IN10 becomes IN14.

    Inciting:

Offences as coded, but with the end 0 changed to 6 eg DD40 becomes DD46.

  5. Can't see any IN14

  6. IN14 is Causing or permitting the use of a vehicle uninsured against third party risks. From what you say, it sounds like at some time you let someone ride your bike or drive your car without insurance before you even had a licence - now it's caught up with you!
