I used to live in Brixton, Don't believe estate agents that it's getting better, They all live in Fulham.

It's a dump, and you'll be over priced to be robbed by the numerous hoddies by the tube station, Go to Clapham where you'll at least be safe,( Ish )

Brixton has the highest Robbery and Burglary rate in London, As the Metropolitan Police tables go.

Hence i don't live there anymore, My car got stole twice in 6 months

you must be mad to even think of buying a house in brixton.  I used to live near there and i would not live there free.  Choose ur self a different area.  Brixton has a high crime rate, drug,s and burglary's.  Good luck if you do decide to buy there, but in time u will regret it.
