hi, i am using lenovo laptop y410, it came with windows vista basic, and i have converted to windows xp. my dvdram was working fine with windows xp, but all of a sudden it has stopped taking any of the cds/dvds. it accepts only the cds which have come with the laptop or the windows xp original cd.sometimes it reads a data cd/dvd as blank and blank cd/dvd as full.please help me solving this issue.
