well you could use a 400 watt monoblock which powers only the sub. Its your choice for the brand.

It's a 400 watt sub, so that is an RMS power rating. You would be best to get an amp that has a little more RMS power just to make sure that your sub isn't underpowered. This is bad and can damage it. It could be a 1 channel mono bock or a two channel amp that could be bridged. It could be any brand, but if your looking at Pioneer I would suggest:
