are you meant to see water flowing through the pipes, are bubbles meant to come out anywhere, i have an air bubble and the water is only trickling through the pipe and do not know how to get it out.

  1. Hi there,

Ive never used a Jinlong, but generally the first time you self prime any water canisters, your going to get a air bubble (It usually makes an annoying humming noise in the canister)

First of all, make sure your taps are on the right way (Sounds silly, I know) The you can try flicking the power on a couple of time to jolt the impeller, try holding the canister on an angle to the bubble can find its way out.

You may have to reprime it. Also check that your filter will cover your water volume - you need to cycle your complete water volume 3 times an hour. (for ex. for a 200L tank, I would need a 600L PER HOUR filter)

Otherwise take it back to the place you brought it, and ask for a hand. Occasionally you can get a crack in the canister, or a faulty impeller.

    Best of Luck
