Hi, im looking at a columbia 36, dont know anythin about these boats, can someone fill me in, are they good?

in western australia, have seen 36 advertised, cheap for 36 ft yatch, know very little about them, would love to find out from an owner, how they perform in different seas, also do they sail well, they look like a good solid boat?
