Hi, im wondering if there are stores in chinatown that i can get small smokebombs, small fireworks, sparklers?

Yes.  Chinatowns in all American cities must have a minimum supply of fireworks in stock at all times.  Try Wangs or Wongs.

You wont find firecrackers, but in my chinatown i always see people selling sparklers, smoke bombs, etc. in their stores legally.  So sparklers and smoke bombs(also some other novelties) should be easy to find.  If you find a guy selling firecrackers, its illegal and his prices will probably be high.
