There is a direct service from Stansted Airport for Stratford that leaves the airport hourly at 3 minutes past the hour starting from 1103 up to 2103 on a weekday or starting from 0603 up to 2103 on a Saturday. There are other earlier services to Stratford during the weekday but none are direct from the airport, so to catch these you would need to take the Stansted Express as far as Tottenham Hale and change. On Sunday there is no direct service as Stratford services come up from Cambridge instead, so again you would need to travel up to Tottenham Hale on the Stansted Express and change. The direct service from Stansted Airport takes just a shade under an hour to reach Stratford.

Here's a little tip to save you an hour's wait if you just miss the XX03 to Stratford. You can take the XX15 Stansted Express as far as Tottenham Hale, change there and still meet the XX03 departure to Stratford. This is because the Stratford train is held at Broxbourne station to allow the faster Stansted Express service to pass, meaning that it will get to Tottenham Hale first. You step off there, wait less than 10 minutes, and then the next train to arrive will be your service to take you the one stop to Stratford.

As an additional, if you are intending to travel to Stratford over the weekend (particularly on a Sunday) you might need to check whether the line is open. The past few weekends the direct route has been closed because of engineering works which means that you will have to travel all the way into Liverpool Street and then back out again to Stratford along the mainline. However, I believe that all valid direct tickets between Tottenham Hale and Stratford are being honoured, so you shouldn't be penalised for having to go into Zone 1.
