Hi, is there any excercises i can do to lose fat from the face and neck?

i've recently lost weight and I was wondering how I can lose some of loose flab on my face and neck....

  1. Some call it "chicken neck"

    For that little extra flab under the neck.

    Or second chin.

    You could place your fingertips along/under your jaw, to the fatty tissue part of the neck, and make little circluar motions.

    Then stretch some of that skin up, and circle it around up to your ears.

    It gets the fat cells moving.

  2. this is what i do, i skip lunches, go for soups instead, for like a week... ppl really say i lost weight cause my face looks slim

  4. Neck exercises.  Tense up your neck and move your head side to side and front to back.

    Face fat is always the hardest to get rid of.  Running is always a cure.  Just burn calories like mad, it will fade eventually.

  8. I would try resistance exercise.  Put the palm of you hand under your chin then push up with your hand and down with your chin:)
