Hi, just got the above camcorder model and having LOADS of problems!?

Question

I have downloaded the software, but when running software says i need Macromedia Flash Player, which i installed from Adobe but still doesn't work!

Have managed to transfer video straight onto VCD using usb streaming but only .dat files are written with no audio sound and it took about an hour to transfer 10mins of recorded info.

Can anyone help with this... please?

You haven't told us what sort of camcorder you've got.

What kind of camera is it? minidv? minidvd? analog? HD?
