Hi, my HP Deskjet 3920

Question

Hi, my HP Deskjet 3920 (branded by ESYS) is not printing properly. The paper feeds through very slowly, at a rate of about 1 inch every minute. I have disconnected everything, checked for jams, and reconnected but still no joy. Does anyone have any ideas?thanks Simon
