I use diluted Hydrogen peroxide to treat irritated gum, but it doesn't help much, if I can't use my denture, I won't be able to eat healthy food , like vegetables, my health has already been affected and have constipation now. I desperately need help.

  1. Call the dentist who made the denture for you. It is normal and very, very common that one will develop sores. They should adjust it for you with no problems and without charging you. Dentist have special tools that will help them pinpoint where the sores are coming from on the denture. It will take no more than 15 minutes to do so. For some people it takes several adjustments before they're 100% comfortable. Now, please take in mind, when these dentures were made. If they are more than 5-10 years old, then maybe you need a new one. If you cannot afford a new one, ask the dentist about your options on making this existing one more comfortable until you are able to afford new dentures. Fees vary from office to office. Best of luck!

  2. I guess it is time to grow up and take responsibility for your life.

Start saving your money and start eating baby food.  it is pureed so you don't have to chew but if it is good enough for baby it will do for you till your new choppers arrive.

You don't have to quit eating healthy just because you don't have the money.

Use your head and use your blender.

it has been my experience that computers especially MACs are expensive so if you slow down on the tech purchases for a while I bet you can get new dentures.  Might help your new post office job too.

  3. You can get the cushion grip stuff over the counter. This might help with the pain. http://www.medshopexpress.com/033682.htm...

Mouth sores are no fun. I hate them too.
