Hi, need advice just got exam results?

Hi, I have just got my results back for my HNC in Social Science, I only managed to achieve a grade C. I am completely shocked I studied really hard. I was wanting to go on and do my HND then go to university but now I am having my doubts if I am capable, I did very very well with the general course work and assessments I passed with merit on several instances. I am now in two minds, firstly I am thinking that maybe I am not capable of HND or uni if I am only a C. or that this must just be bad luck and that I should get back on the horse and go for my HND and try for a better grade and then try uni, I just don't know anymore I feel so disapointed in myself. I just need some advice can anyone help. Only serious advice please. Thanks.

You can do whatever you set your mind to. If you work hard enough you will accomplish. You should go for it, especially if you like doing it.

Exams does not mean life, you can get E but It does not show that you are a idiot, it shows that you have different abilities...

Life is full of exams, do not forget it.If you do not understand that lesson, you can study with your friend by asking him questions...

Hi! As a student myself, I know very well the dilemna you are going through. I went through something very similar when came the time to chose if I should go on with the master or just call it quit with the bacc... Sometimes, you can have difficulty understanding or guessing what the teacher really wants, what he expects you to do, study or learn. Or maybe it's just bad luck. If you had good grades before that, I think this one may be considered an exception, not the rule. Keep working hard and it will pay eventualy. Good luck, no matter your decision x*x.
