birth certificate, address proof and u need to fill the form and submit it.  also photographs of a particular size and type.  look at the website for better info

Age proof-2 sources 10th MC and birth certificate

Address proof- 2 again

photos- 4 i blv

birth certificate, someone who can vouch for you {professional} and signed photo's  of you, by the foresaid person. thats the easy part. getting a visa to visit a country where you need one, will be the most differcult
