Hi, there. I try to plug my Lacie 500gb (or something like that) into my pc laptop and it whirrs in a stuttered and broken way and does not show up when I look for it on explorer. However, it shows up fine on my mac and I can access the folders. It's never done this before, and I last backed up all my stuff in Aug, when it seemed to work perfectly. I have recently removed some programmes to save disc space. Could I have removed something important? If so what? Hope you can help!
