Hi, what is the most powerfull and all round great CO2 air pistol around, is it the desert eagle .177?

i have the crossman 2240 from mac 1 airguns with trigger spring change and power mod. was about $80. can take rabbits with it out to 20yards no problem. very accurate!!!!!! have several other crossmans and am happy with all of them, but they all came from mac 1.  you did say co2 right!  the 1377 is also an awesome gun if you dont mind pumping!!!!!!! depends what your purpose is, but the 2240 is one of the best co2 and has a huge following! just go to the crossman forums

A more powerful CO2 pistol would be the .22 caliber Benjamin EB22

The Beretta 92FS is a good one.

Unfortunately the Webley & Scott - Hurricane or Tempest are no longer made. You can find them on Gunbroker every now and then. IMO, the Hurricane is one of the better air pistols ever made.

If your brother is looking for an inexpensive air pistol, take a look at the Crosman 1377. The 1377 is hard to beat for the $$

The Crosman 357W is both a fairly powerful and a good looking revolver.

There are a lot of Crosman pistols to take a look at. C11, C21, C31, T4, PRO77 & the 2240 which is a fairly powerful .22 caliber CO2(460fps)
