  1. gram for gram nothing beats whey protein concentrates.  it's far cheaper per serving than any whole food protein source.

  2. ud think whey protein is very expensive but actually gram for gram it's the cheapest protein out there and other cheap forms are chicken breast eggs and milk in that order id say buy a 5lb bag of whey u get a good 60servings in there each serving like 23-26g of protein depending and u can get them for like 30-40dollars or a 2lb tub which u can get for like 14-20dollars all depending on the brand mine costs 13.60 :) i get  body fortress from www.bodyfortress.com or check out BJ's and walmart but yea

chicken eggs beef skim milk turkey ham roast beef tuna(canned) and of course WHEY PROTEIN :)

sea food is great for u like shrimp but it's kinda expensive

  3. Eat beef!

  4. Eating meats, eggs, nuts, grains, legumes, milk and cheese.

  5. Natural is always the way to go, so I'm going to recommend eggs. They are very quick-cooking, and if you feel brave, feel free to consume them raw: some of the delicate proteins in eggs are broken down by heat.

Another option is going to be powdered milk. You'll get used to it rather fast, but you can also add it to foods!

Canned tuna is already cooked and makes a great addition to pasta, salads, sandwiches, pita bread, dips, whatever. It is very versatile!

Tofu is another great source of protein, but the price can vary so buy the best.

Frozen boneless skinless chicken breast sometimes goes on sale, so watch out for this and buy, buy, buy. You should also look for special sale stickers in the meat department. It means that the meat is about to expire within a couple days. As long as the meat is still red (not that nasty brown color), it is good to buy. Just buy it and either eat it that night or freeze it for a later date.

You're getting a lot of suggestions for whey protein. It's still natural, like a more concentrated powdered milk. Order it online instead of in a store and you'll save considerably. It is very convenient and much cheaper than trying to buy the same amount of servings in meat (for example, one of the more expensive proteins I can think of costs $40 for 30 servings of 30g of protein. With steaks being about 25g of protein, how many would you need to buy to equal 900g of protein? Would that cost you $40? No way!)

  6. Chicken.

  7. Have weekly cookouts, eat lots of peanut butter, drink plenty of milk, invest in a cheap whey protein powder ($15 for 28 serving tub), eat chicken or fish daily.
