I want somewhere where I can take a Chinese lady but also where they serve Western Chinese food. Chicken Chow mein, lemon Chicken..

So Richmond or South Vancouver would be best

kirin's is the best.  especially the pne in richmond.  mind you, most restaurants in vancouver and richmond are very good.  kirin's is the best in canada and would even be considered very good in hong kong.....and they do have great noodles.  this place will impress.
