Hi, why can't I keep my profile and everytime i try to re-create it, I am not approved. I am a paying member.

I have been a member for a few years and i have just been automatically billed again for a service i cannot use. I would like to be able to post my profile. If not then I need to be refunded. Thank you.

  1. you'd be one who could actually call the help phone number and yahoo would speak to you as they wouldn't to the non paying users. I would locate a phone number from your bill and call them
