Hi,BSNL broadband users...forgot password..any help?

hello I forgot my bsnl broadband password and I now can't see usage details. I reset my password following their steps but I have not got any new password in my mail box. I cant access bsnl mail too. Any help ?

1.First off wait for atleast 3 days to recive the new password.

2.Make sure u checked the correct e-mail account.

    (u would have specified this account during registration)

3.Still having probs , call the customer-care for ur city

    (u can find the no. in ur previous months bill)

bsnl has given you official paper while you got the first internet connection.in that paper everything is written ,just find out the paper at your home and see your password.or call toll free bsnl number 1800-424-1600.they will guide you.hope this will help you.

Go to bsnl office. Give them a written application & they will soon issue u a new password.

Go to your nearest BSNL Exchng and tell the Officer (Broadband) about it.
