Hi,I've got a few news articles I want to submit to increase the PageRank of my site.Who shall I submit to?

My site is www.intaforensics.com and I use a website optimisation company called Jump 2 IT Media - www.jump2itmedia.com. They do loads of work for me on the linking side of things but they've told me that submitting articles can be a great way to increase PR. They've given me loads of sites to submit to but I want to find even more. Help me if you can :-)

use google webmaster tools to increase your page rank, and submit your website in the directory that google uses, i've found some information about that

Try http://www.digg.com and http://www.sphinn.com. Both are great sites for submitting articles.

ezinearticles.com or GoArticles.com are the top 2 to submit to.

I have a list as long a my arm which you can get if you do a search on Google for article directories.

It's not always a good idea to submit your articles to too many sites as this can also affect your PR rating.

I generally use ezinearticles and maybe about a month later submit to GoArticles.

Make sure you choose the best category for the most exposure for your articles and have a good title and resource box.
