Pictures of activities youve done in class is always good.  How abouthaving each of the kids bring in something that they would like applied to the board?  Just to give it their own little addition to the treasure chest.  Also, put like a little bucket up there w/ little goodies in it so when they get a good day, they can grab them a little piece of treasure before they go home everyday or make it on Fridays of every week if they have good weeks or something.
