Hi,do you know that sunflower is C3 , C4 or CAM?

It is definitely a C3 plant.

You would have to find out if the xylem or phloem bundles have photosynthetic cells with them, and that means to either have a photo of them from a microscopic source or to have access to a microscope. If they have the chloroplasts in the bundles of the vascular tissues then it is C4, not C3 more than likely. CAM is associated with desert plants, Cactus and succulents.

Having just double checked, C3 plants will probably be the old world plants, ones that like wet, high plant populations. Probably ferns, and any of the old world trees esp. rainforest types. You would have to research varieties.
