I'm afraid there is no such thing as a boy month. The s*x of your child is determined by the father.

Men have two different s*x chromosomes: X and Y

Women have two the same: X and X

All your eggs are X. Your partners sperm will be X or Y.

It is a 50:50 chance.

Anything else is an theory!
