Hi,i have smartAX MT841 which is connected to internet using USB port,i want to connect using ethernet..HELP..

along with modem i have a thicker cable which fits into lan slots and back of my cabinet... (is this ethernet cable??) i want to use this to connect to internet insted of USB how can i do this plz help me .....

Just pull the USB out and plug the ethernet cable in

These things work by transmitting ethernet over USB so technically it wouldn' make any difference.

Just pull it out and plug the cable in then restart everything including the modem.

Power everything off then power the modem on before the computer
