Since you are Indian citizen, you need to meet the DGCA requirement to get Commercial Pilot License (CPL). For Private Pilot License (PPL) you need to pass 10th with any branch. For CPL, you need to pass 10+2 with physics and math before starting the CPL training. Since the commerce stream does not include physics; therefore you need to change your branch to meet this req. To get the CPL in USA, it does not require any math or physics; but you need to convert the FAA lic in to DGCA CPL then you still need to meet the educational requirement.
