Hi , I held a bachelors in chemistry.......?

Question

I held a bachelors in chemistry , what other subjects should i read to be able to make drugs ?????

In order to get a degree in Pharmacy you need to also classes at the college you want to take that are required for the degree. Biology, Statistics, Organic chemistry/inorganic chemistry, Human A & P, Humanities, there are many more courses. I'm currently trying to make my way to get a degree as a pharmacist.

Hi there! I've already answered one of your questions from today. Anyway, if you really are interested in working for a drug discovery firm / pharmaceutical company as a medicinal chemist, I would suggest that you at least get a Master's degree in organic chemistry or medicinal chemistry. I suggest getting an organic chemsitry degree so that you obtain a strong foundation of scientific knowledge and learn all of the laboratory techniques that you'll need on the job. Plus, there are many organic chemistry research programs directed by numerous talented professors at countless universities that are also medicinal in nature. That is the route that I took to get my PhD and I have no regrets. It is a very rewarding job that can be equally frustrating. at least at times.
