i can cut sweets..sugar etc. but i'l want to eat something atleast i cant go on proper strike.

what kind of work out?

    Don't fast as one writer suggested.  That's not going to help at all.  

  8. For diet, you need to eat 5 - 6 small meals throughout the day to increase your metabolic rate. Secondly - avoid processed sugars, refined grain and oil. Take in sufficient amounts of protein and low GI carbs.

    For exercise, do full body workouts. Especially sprints.
