how do u take them off after u have used them

Turn them wrong side out as you take them off, like peeling them off.  When they are off and dry turn them right side out again by turning them and then blowing like on a balloon to get the fingers to pop out again.

you pull on them gently , but if you add some talcum powder in them they will slide off with no problems.

I pretty much pull mine off- carefully so they don't roll inside out.

Put a little bit of baby powder in them.  When you're done, they slip right off...without turning themselves inside out.  AND you hands feel really nice.

Pull the glove from each end of every finger and when it becomes easier to be take off then pull the finger in the middle until the whole glove is pulled out. Tada! the glove is taken off and no need to turn it back to the right side!
