No, sorry your screwed - Jsky sports has all the rights to the live games - I'm pretty sure you can't access anything live through Japanese ISPs.

But why not go with cable tv - 6000 yen for a month plus you get a broad band connection thrown in.

Sorry mate. Nothing for free. Try this one at a price, though and 24 hours delay. But its the best you can get if you cant get TV feed.
