Hi Does Rail euro Italy - 1st class , have bathrooms on the train and how is it qualitywise thanks.?

I am traveling with my children to Italy and want to know more about bathroom facilties thanks.

train bathrooms are usually nothing great. I cant speak for italy but most trains in Europe that I have experienced had decent bathrooms...They are always larger than airplane bathrooms. They dont get cleaned as often though so sometimes can be a little bit dirty, but its never too run down or anything.
