Withought stupid diets maybe how far to run or pressups and what not to eat??

  5. it is that simple honey but you'll have to be very strong. running for about 20 minutes a day should help if you combine it with other exercises and you must cut out all the bad stuff like sugar and saturated fats. It's not that easy but it's that simple.
