  1. if u r goin for a trip around 2000 kms. make sure to take 2 tubes n a handpump n all toolkit wid u. keep xtra spark plugs, a tape wid u. do a servicin. chek ur carburettor.n learn 2 fix d small common problems which can stop ur engine anytime. ask d mechanic in more detail abt it.

  2. Just check if the battery is 6V, 8V or 12V.

If you are going on a long drive, especially on bullet, the basic requirements would be:

    1. Foot operated pump

    2. Set of tubes

    3. Spare Head light and Pilot lamps

    4. Spare jet injections ( used in carburator)

    5. Spare Brake pads

    6. Spark Plugs

    7. Tool kit ( Plug remover, 10,11,12,13,17 spanners, Cutting plyer, s***w driver (* & -)

Along with the above, some precautions needs to be taken for long drives, that too on a enfield.

    Wear  Helmet

    Gloves

    Shoes ( preferably sports shoe)

    Jacket

    Jeans

Give rest to the bike for every 150/200 kms.

Dont push the vehicle to the limits, I had been to Mumbai on my Enfield and beleive me the vehicle is great on an average speed of 90-100 kmph.

Take care and most importantly have HYGIENIC FOOD
