Hi Guys please help me out. How do you know if it is a limousine model?

I mean is Mercedes S class a car or a limousine? and also rolls royce silver cloud or bentley? Can you please give me a list please?i tried searching but can't seem to see it.

basically a limousine has rear passenger doors that are larger than the ones going to the driver's compartment and that there is more interior space provided for the rear seat occupants.

this being said the typical american stretch car only qualifies as a limo. due to it's rear volume;  really it's all about the rear doors being larger than the front***

note the 126 bodied mercedes SEL [the L means Lang which means long] and yes the rear doors on this model are in fact longer than the front qualifies this car as a limo. while the SE would not, although neither were typically chauffeur driven.

***take note of old laural and hardy movie short where they are both to be married to twins or whatever the next day

the "tiny" rental limo in veiw is a renault note the door sizes small in front larger in rear

A rolls royce silver cloud, "could be" a limousine. Each one is custom made... You order them that way... they don't make a particular model of limousine.
