  1. avocado has a bunch of calories from fat, so two avacados a day would be an extra 1000 calories a day. also beans, chocolate made with soy instead of milk, soy cheese.. so on.


  2. i guess exercise. I'm a vegetarian and 5'7" and 120-125 lbs. (you make me feel so fat. )

  3. soy lots of it it has a high protein content and can help you gain weight

  4. You ever see a skinny elephant? What makes you think being a non-meateater will not make you gain weight? Eating more calories than you burn off is what makes you gain weight.

  5. well its not only protein and exercise. lots of fruits and vegetables have lots of natural starch and sugars in them which gets stored in your body.
