The diet works on a chemical breakdown and is proven. Do not vary or substitute any of the above foods. Salt and pepper may be used, but no other seasonings. It is suggested to drink from 6-8 glasses of water per day to flush out your system. Where no quantity is given, there are no restrictions, other than common sense. This diet is to be used for 3 days at a time. In three days you will lose 10 pounds. After 3 days of dieting, you eat normal food, but do not over do it. After 4 days of normal eating, start back on the diet. You can lose up to 40 pounds in a month if you stick to the diet.

This diet was given to me by a friend. I have not tried it myself. However, as with any diet, make sure you have been thoroughly checked out by a physician.

  2. Not to worry. If the Navy excepts you, they'll make sure you shape up before shipping out.

Weight control is simple. Eat fewer calories than you burn each day and you'll lose weight.

Never eat in a fast food joint. Lay off anything with sugar added. Eat lots of meat and green foods. Lay off all bread products. Limit intake of rice and potatoes.

Exercise for at least an hour a day. Run, cycle, swim, fast walk.

If you got the money, join something like Weight Watchers for the motivational and educational benefits.

    Good luck.

And star drinking water instead of sodas. I did that and boom it started to fall off. you can burn like 300 calories a week off of water alone. Also eat more salads and fruits. And stick to you workouts. I know it will be hard but keep at it every other day and then take off from working out on the weekends to rest and get back at it on monday and good luck

also get a muscle and fitness magazine. It has helpful stuff in it.
