do you mean Saltburn-by-the-Sea in north Yorkshire? ... if so you would need to travel from Stansted into London by train, which arrives at Liverpool Street Station ... from there you need to use the underground to get from Liverpool Street Station to Kings Cross Station ... then take a train from Kings Cross northwards to Darlington, and change onto a local train to Saltburn (total travel time for these two trains approx 4 hours)
