Hi I'm getting upper chest pains , more to the left side, yes I had a doctor check this and I even changed my diet to find an answer. My problem is I get a sore area and then I have to take a Zantec the burping starts and the pressure leaves. Even a good walk it leaves. I use a blood pressure tester finding when my pulse is low I notice the pressure and when it's high their is none to speak of. 120/83 pulse 94ish

heart conditions can many time appear as acid reflux or gas and may even seem to resolve when you treat the gas but if you blow it off and think it is not the heart you may be right or you may be dead. I would recommend to exhaust the medical avenue and be absolutely sure its not cardiac and then you can also test for H.pylori at the same time (but that wont kill you)

Have you tried seeing a cardiologist? They specialize in the heart and may be able to give you another diagnosis. Looks like you are suffering from angina which is chest pain in general but it can be caused by a lot of different things.  

Try to get another opinion.
