Okay I need an Amp, and Subs

the subs have to be atleast 2000 watts each

and the amp must be able to contain all that watts

Find it for me for under 400$$ and you'll get 10 points. :)

For the power you want and the price you want to pay the only place you could go is a pawn shop, ebay, craigslist etc.  but most amps and subs you could get from an electronics store wouldn't be able to match the specs you want for the price you want.

I doubt that's going to happen. For most good amp companies, wattage comes at a rate of about a dollar a watt. Why do you need subs that are capable of such high power numbers when you can get something that will sound better and be much louder on less power? If you're looking to get crazy Alpine sells their Type X series subs for about $450 each, but you'll need a killer amp to handle 2 speakers with an RMS power handling capability of 1000 watts a piece.
