I'm in my 20s and I'm looking for roommates around the same age. Most preferably expats or foreign educated Asians. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!!

  1. Try the internet. Click on real estate. Fill in the blanks. Hope this helps. You could always post a ad in local stores and schools. Try real estate offices also.

  3. Hi, you can check out this website for roommates and housing.  http://www.singaporeexpats.com/

for accomodation it depends on your budget. For the past few years the rental has increase tremendously for public and private housing estate. if you are looking for a basic accomodation without the frills you can rent a flat (or wat we call public housing or HDB) at S$700 - S$1500 depending on the area and condition. If you can afford a better place that comes with gym and swimming pool you can rent a place in a private condominium and it does not come cheap with monthly rental from S$2500 to S$7000 above.

Rooms are also available with cooking or without cooking facilities. In HDB (public housing) the rental of room can cost S$350 - S$500 and private housing can cost S$600 - S$1000.

You can contact me at victorgal@gmail.com if you need more info.

It is best to find accomodation that is near town, train station or near workplace.  You can first start asking me where do u intend to study or work in Singapore.
