I do not know if that is possible, because they go to university for three years over there, but if it is, please help.

aslo see the united kingdom rules at www.travel.state.gov

  2. Your best bet is to deal directly with the International Student Office of the university/universities you are looking to attend. They will know firstly, if their institution accepts transfer students and secondly, who to connect you with in order to determine where in the programme (British spelling) you would be able to start.

You mention that in the UK they only study for 3 years which isn't really true. For a normal Bachelors (not quite the full equivalent of an American Bachelors, more of a half way between an Associates and a Bachelors) you study 3 years, but the normal course will last 4 years and you graduate with a Bachelors with Honours (even if you're not in the top of your class). The main difference is that universities in the UK have more specialised degrees than in the US and the teaching style is different. Make sure you know what you're getting into when you make the decision to transfer.

I know I have loved my time studying abroad and wish you luck in your endeavour!

  3. Hi!

Get in touch with http://www.britishcouncil.org/usa as they are the official people to assist you.

    All the best!

  4. You'll need to check with the university that you want to go to whether it is possible. Some won't accept transfer students full stop (Oxford is one) and will say you have to apply to start your undergraduate course from scratch.
