Hi I am going to the dentist today...at 2:00..and there is a tiny little brown spot on my baby tooth.Cavities?

It's probably just a stain.  I wouldn't worry about since it's not bothering you.

Since you already have an appointment with the dentist today...why not point out the tiny little brown spot that you are worried about...I bet the dentist will be able to answer your question and put you at ease.

Probably just a cavity. Not a big deal but you don't want it to get worse just because then the pain will start. You'll be fine. Nothing to be scared about.
