Hi I am going to the les ardentes festival in Liege?

I was just wondering where i should stay. I have booked at room at the Hotel Ibis Liege Centre Opera but i was wondering if there was anything closer. I am coming on the eurostar so i will have to get a train from Brussel's to Liege. DOes anyone know how long this trip will take and also if i could stay nearer the festival. Thanks
