Okay, you wouldn't have to pay any employer first.  I need a little bit more information from you.  What are your qualifications?  What do you know how to do?  What type of Internet job are you looking for?  What is your typing speed?

I recommend you take a look at this article on home based jobs.  If the places they talk about on there, if you meet their qualifications, then go and apply for the position.  Other than that, I really don't know where to refer you to without knowing what it is you can and can't do.
